The Gateway Team Continue to Bring Home the Awards!


It is already well recognised that the Gateway teams’ reputation for customer service is outstanding. We are delighted to announce that Keith Newell Assistant Manager of the Gateway has been nominated for a special award for excellence in customer service. The Academy of Excellence Awards recognise outstanding examples of customer care delivered by individuals working throughout the city of Liverpool.Keith was shortlisted from over 150 entries and was nominated by centre manager Nigel Byrne who commented:We have always differentiated ourselves through our core focus on customer service and pride ourselves on going that extra mile. The business has grown considerably since last year with conference bookings having trebled and our shared commitment to customer service has been instrumental in achieving this. It’s great that Keith’s contribution to the Gateway team is being recognised in this way and we are delighted he has been shortlisted.”The winners will be announced at an award ceremony at the Crowne Plaza on 1st Feb 2007.
